Special Episode: Navigating Pregnancy and Infant Loss - Finding Words When You Have None

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Month. This special episode has pieces of my journey with pregnancy loss in hopes that it will help you in your journey — however you've been impacted. Whether it's happened to you, your daughter, your granddaughter, your friend, or sibling — may this offering allow you to be more comfortable with the uncomfortable, with the "there is nothing to make this better."

You are not alone. I've given voice to the poems I created early in my journey to finding a new whole.

May you be encouraged to stay the course and find your own words or creative grief expression to share with others in need of having words when they have none.

The poems I've included in this episode are found in my book: Still: Making a Whole When Parts Go Missing, releasing January 2023.
